Nanofiltration (NF) Elements
Our membrane has a composite structure. The surface layer is a dense separation layer with a thickness of about 0.2μm; the middle layer is a polysulfone porous support layer with a thickness of about 50μm, and the bottom layer is a polyester non-woven support layer with a thickness of about 100μm.
The nanofiltration series adopts aromatic polypiperazine structure with high crosslinking degree. By adding trace additives and controlling the production process conditions, it can effectively control the ability of its separation layer to intercept univalent and bivalent ions and produce membrane elements with different separation properties.
